Miista, a fashion-forward shoe brand, is exploring a fresh method of bargain shopping. While other footwear labels toe the line, Miista has added a spot of socialising for their customer’s retail experience. For the second time running, Miista is presenting its Cheaper With A Tweet campaign.
The premise is devastatingly simple: Log into Twitter, click on the clearly labelled button and the shoe is made cheaper.
Miista doesn’t lift a finger to help in the slashing of prices; the discount depends on the Twitter user’s Klout Score. If you have a fairly active Twitter presence, the price is decreased by about 1.5% but if you’re Twitter-famous, you can help with a 7% reduction.
The more the shoe is tweeted and re-tweeted, the more shoppers get a sweet discount.
Like plenty of boutiques, Miista is closed this weekend but will return on Monday for its last Cheaper With a Tweet day. Help if you can – I know I have my eyes on a fine pair of Brendas.
