Officine Universelle Buly opens artistic retail space in Tokyo

BELOVED French beauty brand Officine Universelle Buly has opened a store in the heart of Tokyo, Japan. Located on the second floor of the Parco Shibuya centre, this new retail space was designed by their creative director and co-founder Ramdane Touhami.

The new store has been entirely designed with slanted lines evoking a sense of chaos and whimsy. Touhami is a French-Moroccan artist known for his playful artwork, and this new retail experience fits seamlessly into his impressive portfolio of work.

Japan itself was the inspiration behind the store design. Officine Universelle Buly writes, “in Japan, everything that is built is bound to move, following the inevitable tectonic movements. The retail space pays tribute to Japan’s resilience and ability to reinvent itself perpetually.

Japanese and French beauty and aesethetics come together to create a unique retail experience.
