Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social in Hong Kong’s Mongkok

Last week, the Glass team celebrated the opening of Alibi – Wine Dine Be Social at Langham Place Hotel, Mongkok.

Headed up by Kiwi Chef de Cuisine, Tim Bruges, Alibi’s all-day menu follows the mediterranean tapas philosophy of small and large plates, consisting of iced seafood, charcuterie, cheeses, and desserts, sourced carefully across Asia, Italy and Spain. All to be enjoyed with friends within the custom-designed, fresh copper pendant lighting and tweed-clad armchairs.

Signature dishes include Chef Tim’s take on the all-time favourite grilled cheese sandwich, upgraded with kimchi, and a sprinkling of fine white truffle powder, along with Alibi’s Bruschetta, Lardo di Colonnata topped with rucola, honey, thyme and truffle, served on a beech wood log.
