Amanruya launches new wine-tasting experience celebrating local vineyards


OVERLOOKING a picturesque pebble beach along the Aegean coastline, Amanruya has introduced a new wine-tasting experience for aficionados and visitors alike, collaborating with a variety of local Turkish vineyards and exploring the flavours of different grapes.

Amidst the elegant setting of the resort wine lounge, complete with unobstructed oceanic views, residents of the Amanruya hotel will have the opportunity to explore the product of some of the world’s oldest wine-making regions.

With a limited 12 spaces available for each sitting, the sessions are intimate and secluded, allowing for ultimate appreciation of the carefully curated wine selection. 

Each experience will have wines imported from one of the selected vineyards: Prodom from Matara, Umurbey from Thrace, Vinkara from Anatolia as well as other boutique locations.

Paired with an indulgent six-course degustation menu, tailored by the resort’s own executive chef Cihan Beyit and fusing Mediterranean, Aegean and South-American flavours, the experience epitomises luxury gastronomy while demonstrating a distinct appreciation for local artisans.
