Auction in aid of Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong charity


Los Angeles-based design studio Design Commune presents 64 artistic interpretations of eight iconic products from eight internationally established design brands for auction at the Business of Design Week, in Hong Kong this week with all profits benefiting a Hong Kong charity that supports people with disabilities.

The artworks will be displayed at Business of Design Week, Asia’s leading annual event on design, innovation and brand this week and will be auctioned online until December 4 2015. All the net proceeds will be donated to Arts with the Disabled Association Hong Kong, an NGO formed in 1986.

Established in 2004 in LA, Commune with the mission of enhancing public awareness of design concepts and with every designer having complete freedom on expressing their creativity.

The artworks will be displayed at Business of Design Week from December 3 until December 5, 2015. The online auctioned takes place on December 4, 2015 at 7:30pm Hong Kong time.
