Bottega Veneta announce new trainer line, Orbit

THE ITALIAN luxury brand Bottega Veneta has unveiled its latest range of trainers labelled Orbit.

The brand, typically known for its quality craftsmanship and fine leather goods, has instilled a contemporary flair with their latest unisex trainers. A current and stylish aesthetic is evident throughout the line with its traditional relaxed structure and low-top design.

Despite its classic appearance, the trainers have been carefully thought out with its incorporation of mesh fabric that is reminiscent of Bottega’s distinctive Intreccio technique, lightweight properties and the implementation of the House codes of ergonomic innovation.

Orbit comes in a variety of colour combinations such as silver paired with white or Bottega’s famed parakeet green as well as a rich black. The concept of movement is a key influence for the brand’s creative director, Matthieu Blazy, which as a result inspired the Orbit range to centre around those on the go.

Versatility is at the core of the line with its flattering design yet comfortable nature. The trainer is pairable with various garments making it adaptable to afternoon errands as well as casual evening drinks — a wardrobe staple and the perfect everyday uniform.

Bottega’s new Orbit is a softened take on the basic trainer and its fusion of functionality and form presents as a celebration of unique style and classic attire.
