Burberry announces Son Heung-min as the brand’s latest ambassador

THE TOTTENHAM Hotspur forward and South Korea captain, Son Heung-min has been announced as Burberry’s latest ambassador with a series of exclusive portraits, as the brand link their heritage to excellence in the British premier league of which Heung-min embodies.

Following the footsteps of individuals including Cha Eun-woo, Heung-min has been approached by Creative Director Riccardo Tisci to represent and uphold the vales of the iconic British design house and share a common ethos in using the power of imagination to progress and push boundaries: “I love Burberry’s strive for imagination and innovation which has been deeply inherited in its history, which are values that I champion.”

Heung-min recently pushed boundaries by becoming the first Asian male co-recipient of the 2021/2022 Golden Boot award – an accreditation given to the lead goal score in the premier league.
