BRANDED as the new “it” bag, Burberry will be releasing the Belt Bag in March, with further additions to the collection in May. The calf leather bag takes inspiration from the silhouette of Burberry’s classic trench coat. With the nature of the trench coat’s gabardine fabric in mind, the shape of the bag is synonymous with the contours of the recognisable lapels featured on the jacket. Finished with an oversized belt as a literal representation of the inspiration, it adds a timeless element reminiscent of the brand’s trademark.

Available in multiple sizes, the medium and large bag will come in a range of 11 different colourways, including two and tri-tone colour-blocking in clashing tones. The bags will have a clashing lining and an additional clashing belt for an element of personalisation. The medium and large belt bag will be introduced to stores in March.
The Belt bag will be available in various colours
Following the March release, in May, Burberry will introduce a smaller sized bag in nine different colourways alongside a clutch bag in medium and large sizes. Further to this, the medium bag will also become available in new colours and different fabrics, including a canvas and leather combination again with its own clashing or tonal belt. The bags, which will be made in Italy, will come with an adjustable and detachable cross-body strap.

The Burberry Belt Bag in medium and large sizes in 11 colour-ways will be available in March. The small size Belt Bag will be released in May in nine colourways, alongside a clutch bag in medium and large sizes. There will be additional styles of the medium and large bag released in May also.
