Cantinetta Antinori launches new pasta-inspired weekend brunch menu

What’s more, to usher in the Spring season, Cantinetta Antinori has just unveiled its new pasta-inspired weekend brunch offering.

Transforming classic pasta dishes such as Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Arrabbiata into exquisite egg dishes with a Tuscan twist, the brunch menu is ideal for those seeking traditional Italian cuisine with an added subversive flair.

Standout menu options include the Uova Strapazzata All’ Arrabbiata and the Uova in camicia alla Carbonara, which act as the perfect hearty start to any busy day. Meanwhile, the Focaccia di Recco Al Tartufo – a thin focaccia stuffed with Stracchino cheese – offers extra irresistible savoury charm.

For those in desperate need of more carbs, the Hamburger Al Tartufo cannot be missed. Pairing a black Angus patty with a soft, fluffy brioche bun, white truffle sauce and black truffle shavings, the burger is certain to satiate anyone’s appetite.
