MORE than a decade after the launch of its original Magic Cream, Charlotte Tilbury Beauty has reformulated its bestselling moisturiser with a new peptide complex designed to target multiple visible signs of ageing.
The updated cream introduces Recoverstem Peptide, described as a first-to-market blend of more than 100 peptides derived from the stem cells of the Eternal Jasmine Youth Plant. According to the brand, the new formula works to improve the appearance of 10 key concerns, including hydration, glow, plumpness, firmness, elasticity, redness, uneven texture, fine lines, lift and neck lines. In an eight-week trial of 253 participants, four out of five agreed it felt like “a facelift in a jar”.

Charlotte Tilbury New Magic Cream for 2026
Originally created backstage to revive tired complexions before fashion shows and red carpet appearances, Magic Cream has become one of the brand’s defining products, with one jar sold every minute globally. The reformulation reflects what the company describes as modern stressors, from pollution to increased screen exposure, which can compromise the skin barrier over time.
Alongside the new peptide complex, the moisturiser features an updated version of the brand’s Cushion + Lift Mesh Technology, now combined with rosehip oil, oat extract and ectoin to help smooth, cushion and prime the skin for makeup.
