DARIA Werbowy, the Canadian-Ukranian model who dominated the catwalks of the 1990s and early 2000s, continues her slow return to the limelight in Gucci‘s latest High Jewellery collection, Gucci Allegoria.
David Sims shot the cult model at Chateau Marmont, Los Angeles, where Werbowy lay poolside adorned in a matching yellow gold necklace and bracelet of yellow sapphires, diamonds and tourmalines.
Brought to life by Gucci’s creative director Sabato De Sarno, the High Jewellery campaign plays with the bold tones of antique stones and eclectic cuts – a testament to the House’s unique craftmanship and artistry.

Gucci Allegoria follows Werbowy and De Sarno’s first Gucci campaign in 2023, where it became clear De Sarno was shifting Gucci into an era of elegance and refinement.
Now, the House presents its High Jewellery as a celebration of nature’s continuous transformation, acting as an allegory of the cycle of seasons. This embracement of graceful change compliments Gucci’s own current evolution – one we’re here for.
Daria Werbowy for Gucci Allegoria
Themes of sensuality, purity and natural beauty are pushed to the forefront by a sunkissed Daria Werbowy, in nothing but white gold earrings with emeralds, paraiba tourmalines and diamonds. A visualisation of simple yet confident luxury, De Sarno takes another step in his defining mark on Gucci.
