Form and tread: inside Diemme’s AW24 collection

WHERE FORM meets function, there sits Diemme, the Italian footwear brand known and loved for its stylish take on hikers, mountaineering boots and more.

Founded by brothers Dennis and Maico Signor, the brand has over 25 years of experience within the outdoor and performance realm, and at the heart of it is its factory in Veneto — a place famous for crafting performance footwear. All this rich heritage and production excellence hasn’t gone unnoticed either, as Diemme has also produced for the likes of Maison Martin Margiela, Chanel, and Bottega Veneta.

In true form, its autumn winter collection yet again takes an innovative stance to outdoor footwear, combining design, heritage and functionality that’ll see you through all conditions — think everything from elevated hiking sneakers to versatile winter boots. And as well as looking good, styles offer comfort, warmth, and stability making them ideal whether you’re up a mountain or navigating an urban jungle.

Standout pieces include the Movida and Cornaro Due Gomma which merge contemporary cues alongside a classic mountaineering design. As for the colour-ways, they’re inspired by nature, featuring rich earthy tones and subtle contrasts, echoing the rugged mountainous landscapes as you’d expect.

This season’s campaign was captured by the Diemme Photo Club, Sara Abraham, Daniil Kotliar and Betty Krag in their own style. Collectively the campaign is an ode to the old and the new, captured through diverse lenses.
