Malfy x Missoni Sunset Spritz
Ingredients:
- 40ml Malfy Gin Rosa
- 25ml White peach syrup
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 50ml Fever Tree soda water
- 50ml Della Vite Prosecco
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Peach and bay leaf
Method:
- Pour Malfy Gin Rosa, peach syrup and lemon juice over ice.
- Gently stir and dash in the bitters.
- Top with soda water and Prosecco.
- Garnish with a slice of peach and a bay leaf.
