Synonymous with the ultimate luxury, La Perla presented their début Atelier Couture Collection at Hôtel Salomon de Rothschild in Paris. Evolving the iconic lingerie into wearable ready-to-wear garments through sensual, elegant and delicate fabrics, the show displayed the beautiful artisan skills and techniques of the luxurious brand and its heritage referencing an archive pattern.
Silk floral motifs, luxurious gold thread, handmade pleats, hand sewn pieces infused with crystals, decorative feathers and beautiful finishes all unveiled the essence of luxury. Lace also took a leading role, girdles, embellished stockings and see through pieces lifted up the sensuality, while bodysuits, shorts and hoods incorporated the sports luxe element.
Expanding the variety of the sensational iconic lingerie to wearable clever embellished detailing and shapes, the collection went beyond the confines of private life offering multi functionality and a creative and playful aura.
