Guests lucky enough to be visiting the magnificent La Residence Hotel & Spa, located in Hue, Vietnam, overlooking the famous Perfume River, can book themselves a package of a lifetime. For a limited period, the hotel is launching five UNESCO excursions and experiences for patrons to enjoy over the course of a five-night stay in the former royal capital.
Taking travellers into grottos, pavilions and palaces of East Asia’s most charming imperial city, the package allows for a bespoke experience embracing what this unique area has to offer and culminates with a performance of court music at the Royal Theatre inside Hue’s Imperial City.
“It’s the most intensive experience of Vietnam that any traveler could have inside a single week,” said Phan Trong Minh, general manager of La Residence (via gritzner). “Hanoi and Saigon are fine destinations, but these sites are the Vietnam that every traveler dreams of.”
The package also includes a 90-minute treatment at the hotel’s award-winning spa, a visit to the famed Dong Ba marketplace, a boat ride along the Perfume River and an imperial dinner.
The Wonders of Vietnam package is available until December 20, 2015.
