LFW SS18: Ralph and Russo

RALPH AND RUSSO debuted their SS18 collection in London and unlike the usual garments seen on the London runway, this collection was couture dresses, beading working and unusual silhouettes. We can see why the likes of Angelina Jolie and Beyoncé are big supporters of the brand.

To pick a few of our favourite looks from the collection was hard enough – let alone one. Making her rare appearance this season, and upcoming Glass girl, Arizona Muse wore a stark white dress. The high-neck dress had a V-shape cut out. The dress had small slits with tiny silver pearls which then opened in to loose pleats. Contrasting with the white, Muse also wore a black halter-neck with off the shoulder dress. The sheer black net dress had a golden and beige material underneath. The several ruffled layers and tiny beading would be perfect for dancing the Spanish night away.Ralph and Russo SS18

Another favourite look was the metallic silver knee-length skirt and denim style jacket. Paired with a white mid-riff, turtle neck sweater and knee-high white and silver boots giving a very 1960s Jean Shrimpton feel. Similarly, there was an adult version of the outfit. A pale blue skirt, crop-top and jacket with large puritan collars. Silver embellishments had 3D triangle cut-outs. All models had bright sliver eye-make making their garments stand-out even more.

Metallic copper, silky yellow and electric blue as well as feathers, sequins and cut outs, the Ralph and Russo SS18 was a dreamy affair.
