Louis Vuitton launches Les Parfums Ombre Nomade

WITH their origins in outfitting global adventures, it’s only fitting that Louis Vuitton have turned to travel as an inspiration for their latest fragrance. The Ombre Nomade scent draws its name from Nomadic desert wanderers and shadows on sand, reflecting the Middle Eastern influences that afford the scent its intense, enveloping score. Master Perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud was inspired by the generational and spiritual practices associated with Middle Eastern fragrance, scouring the globe to source the finest raw materials in his quest for olfactory excellence.

Centred on the woody depth of oud assam and blended with a hazy infusion of raspberry, rose and rosat geranium, the scent speaks of desert sunsets, wisps of smoke and air thick with spices. Top notes of black incense lend the fragrance a mystical edge, reflected in the dusky wash given to the signature Louis Vuitton perfume bottle.

Available in a range of volumes, including a refillable travel-friendly spray, this is an irresistible companion for any journey to sandier regions.
