LOUIS VUITTON has just unveiled the first digital version of their classic and longstanding Louis Vuitton Trunk, created over 160 years ago.
The trunk is known for its constant adaptations with its various structures and new materials, and this year has been reimagined into the digital VIA Treasure Trunk created for those who are inspired by new dreams and new worlds as they gather various creations throughout this Louis Vuitton digital expedition.
The trunk marks the Maison’s dedication to their innovative and creative pursuits, with the first key unlocking the trunk dropping not long after the VIA Treasure Trunk itself. The key will unlock digital collectables while introducing the extraordinary product to the digitalised world.

Registration will be available for the VIA Treasure Trunk on the 8th of June on the Louis Vuitton website, with a limited number of a couple hundred trunks available. Priced at an estimated £33K, the trunk will act as a doorway to the various worlds of Louis Vuitton with the revelation of new products and experiences exposed through drops made available throughout the year.
A series of keys will continue to drop for customers to purchase, unlocking never-seen-before collectables with each digital product accompanied by access to its physical counterpart.
