Alongside the collaborative afternoon tea, Maison Assouline’s wine list has been remodelled by wine connoisseur, Tom Harrow from Honest Grapes. The menu has been been updated so the flavours are more refreshing and suit the wine choices. The new dishes include ingredients such as smoked salon, oysters and fresh tartares.
