Nobu Hotel & Restaurant Santorini opens June 29


NOBU Hospitality have recently opened their first Hotel in Greece, located in the sublime Santorini, comprising of just 25 rooms, a dual-level infinity pool and a signature Nobu Restaurant lead by Executive Chef, Ricardo Marin.

Marin has been at the culinary frontline to key destinations in the Nobu chain, such as, Shoreditch in the heart of London and Jeddah in the sensational Saudi Arabia.

Set to deliver fresh new recipes, inspired by the natural flavours of the Santorini coastline, alongside classic Chef Nobu favourites like Black Cod Miso and Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno, straight to the table.

To coincide with the opening of this boutique hotel, Nobu Daycation will be launched, an experience package that offers guests a real ‘taste’ of Nobu with free range to dining in the restaurant or by the pool, access to the pool, sunbeds, and towels.

Promising a Mediterranean escape, situated on the spectacular Oia-Thira trail, sounds like the perfect location for this 5-star hotel. Attracting revellers, jetsetters, couples and wellness seekers, this hideaway is the advanced ‘daycation destination’ in the Cyclades.
