AS TIKTOK continues its ascent, the app has become a pantheon of viral makeup trends and tips, including that latest mode of switching a dramatic full lash for a more delicate, natural side lash. Makeup brand Sculpted by Aimee, first launched by professional makeup artist Aimee Connolly, has drawn on this trend by introducing a reusable half-lash pair to their eclectic eyelash range.
The cruelty-free eyelashes, named Light Lift, delicately elongate the eyes without suffocating and minimising the area. Crafted with a slim, dainty band, the eyelashes are equipped with a tube of black latex free glue that allows the lashes to blend seamlessly with eyeliner and prohibits any white glue residue lingering on the eyelashes.

The glue evenly disperses onto the eyelash band and adheres to the eye with ease. As the name suggests, the lashes are very light on the eye, enhancing the feature with an elegant flutter that lasts throughout the day and is painless to remove.
Since the brand’s debut in late 2016, Sculpted by Aimee now creates makeup brushes, pallets and liquid highlighters. Their eyelash collection has continued to expand, from fine feathery eyelashes to broad sweeping pairs, the brand has proven to be an essential for fine false eyelashes.
With lockdown restrictions easing, these airy eyelashes would add a pinch of elegance to an evening outing or if you prefer to operate digitally, a catch-up on zoom.
