The best looks from the Cannes 2018 Film Festival so far

THIS TUESDAY, the elite descended upon the 71st International Cannes Film Festival. This prestigious event brings together swathes of celebrities, actresses, actors and models from around the world, all to celebrate the very best of cinema in La Croisette. This year’s festival is chaired by the Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett, alongside a female-centric jury including Kristen Stewart, Léa Seydoux and Ava DuVernay.

The Cannes Film Festival is also one of the most eagerly-anticipated red carpet events of the year, as the world’s top designers come together with the finest actresses, actors and models for a simply cinematic showdown of style.
