YogaRosa Ibiza retreat reopens

YOGAROSA, the yoga retreat situated in rural central Ibiza has opened again this year and is introducing some new therapeutic Yoga workshops. The retreat is curated by Austrian-born yoga therapy teacher Rosa Klein whose yoga journey began when travelling across India.

Using therapeutic yoga methods, Klein has created a powerful detox yoga schedule that aims to clear away the mental and spiritual clutter of everyday life. Therapeutic yoga is a practice specifically for those recovering from, or living with, injury or illness. It combines all elements of restorative yoga: ancient healing yoga, breath work, guided meditation, pranayama and sound healing. Klein works upon her own experiences recovering from a serious incident that left her hospitalised to promote yoga as her cure. Klein uses yoga therapy to help those struggling with pain.

Alongside the schedule, chef Claudia Gonzalez will serve outstanding organic vegan/vegetarian cuisine which can be tailored to every specific diet plan.  Served in breathtaking surroundings, the food is just one of many luxuries you’ll experience when visiting Yoga Rosa. Strongly rooted in Indian culture and working with the spiritual science of Kriya yoga in mind, Klein’s yoga therapy encourages you to focus and let go.
