The laid-back vibe is evident as I enter the bright lobby lounge, with views across to the boats in the marina, their masts flapping in the gentle breeze. Located minutes from the beach and shopping mall, I can’t wait to explore this affluent neighbourhood.
I watch the sunrise before an early morning swim in the rooftop pool, which builds my appetite for the mouth-watering breakfast buffet. This first meal of the day is synonymous with the times when kibbutz workers relished a sizable meal before commencing their day’s labour in the fields. I enjoy the feast al fresco, accompanied by an ice-cold glass of freshly squeezed Jaffa orange juice.
