INDEPENDENT and sustainable clothing brand Lucy & Yak has launched a partnership with popular vintage clothing store, Beyond Retro, which will ensure giving Lucy & Yak pieces a longer life and promote a circular fashion system.
Customers that participate in the initiative and bring their old Lucy & Yak clothes (in any condition) to Beyond Retro will be rewarded with a credit voucher for the Lucy & Yak store.
The Re:Yak Partnership aims to keep clothing in circulation either through selling the pieces to new customers at Beyond Retro or if the condition of the clothing is not good enough through recycling them with Love not Landfill.

If the traded item is sold to a new home at a Beyond Retro store, customers will receive and additional voucher for the beloved vintage store alongside the one for Lucy & Yak.
As a British brand Lucy & Yak felt it was essential to combat textile waste as the UK produces 745 million kgs of fabric waste each year, making it one of the most wasteful nati on in Europe. With this partnership Lucy & Yak empowers people to revitalise their wardrobe yet at the same time keep sustainability in mind.
Alongside the Re:Yak partnership, Lucy & Yak have unveiled a Pop-Up store to platform the new circular fashion scheme. The Bristol & Yak will present guests the brand’s latest drops and collaborations with artists but also have opportunities for people to repair, recirculate and upcycle old clothing.
