The duo will launch a series of videos that are aimed to connect the worlds of fashion, music, art and technology. Premiering bi-weekly and exclusively on ssense.com, the content promises to push the boundaries of digital media. Sky Ferreira’s single I Blame Myself, which will be available from April 16 on SSENSE, announces the start of the project. The teaser can be found here.
Each video will be posted on SSENSE for a 48-hour period with different features such as directly shoppable looks, interviews, stylist and artists interviews.
As the e-commerce experience becomes more and more engaging with collaborations between both online and print medias developing, SSENSE CEO Rami Atallah explains, “We want to produce content that will challenge the growing expectations of our customers.” System Editor-in-Chief, Jonathan Wingfield adds, “Today, more than ever before, fashion informs music, music informs fashion, and technology informs everything. Our exciting partnership with SSENSE allows us to bring together these three worlds and share them quickly and nimbly with a global community. In doing so, we hope to reignite the music video as the cultural catalyst for our times.”
Stay tuned!
