MINIMALIST, sophisticated and refined, Louis Vuitton’s new collection of bags are set to become the it-girl companions of the summer.
Introducing two styles, the collection – titled Low Key – embraces a relaxed, effortless aesthetic.
Louis Vuitton Low Key Bags
The first style, the Low-Key Hobo, is perfectly versatile and adaptable. Available in black, cognac and limestone, the bag is adorned with a signature padlock on the strap, which is adjustable for a hand, shoulder or cross-body carry. Similarly, inside is a detachable monogram pouch – ideal for easy storage.
Meanwhile, the Shoulder Bag – the second piece featured in the Low Key collection – is instantly recognisable with its soft yet supple silhouette. Featuring a rounded, buckled strap, the Shoulder Bag can be transformed for hand or shoulder carry and is fitted with an inner zipped compartment for easy everyday use.
Emphasising the house’s history and heritage, the padlock appears yet again affixed to the Shoulder Bag’s central tab closure.
Louis Vuitton Low Key Bags
Showcasing its love for travel, the Louis Vuitton padlock subtly harkens back to the house’s trunk-making past. In the 1880s, the lock was used to secure hand luggage and other leather goods, whereas the LV initials within a circle date to the 1970s.
With both bags being crafted in soft-grained calfskin, it’s clear that the two new shapes are ideal daily companions. Intertwining elegance with practicality, the bags exude Louis Vuitton’s timeless allure.
