AIX Rosé arrives at Fowey Hall for the summer

FOWEY Hall, the grand Victorian mansion overlooking the Cornish coast, has introduced a touch of southern French elegance to its offering this summer with the arrival of its AIX Rosé pop-up, which will run until the end of August. AIX, a crisp and dry rosé produced in Provence, is loved for its pale blush colour and refreshing notes – perfect for long lunches in the sunshine.

As part of the Luxury Family Hotels group, the coastal manor, Fowey Hall, also celebrates its newly completed outdoor pool that comes complete with views across the Cornish coastline, plus a wood-panelled Horsebox Sauna that was added at the end of last year. A recent expansion has brought 20 new bedrooms to the hotel, including five Bay Suites, which balances original character with modern touches, along with five Scandinavian-inspired spa suites, each with a private balcony and views across the Fowey estuary.

Fowey Hall has also maintained a strong focus on making family travel easier and more enjoyable. Each night’s stay includes two hours of complimentary childcare, allowing parents some well-earned time to themselves.

The Four Bears Den, a dedicated children’s space run by trained staff, offers a varied programme of outdoor activities, arts and crafts sessions, and creative play. Alongside this, families have access to an indoor heated pool, a fully equipped games room, a carefully selected children’s library, a wide range of baby equipment, and a video monitoring service designed to provide extra reassurance for those travelling with younger children.

In related news, AIX Rosé will also be launching AIXperiences Under the Sun, its new summer playlist this weekend and available via Spotify.
