AS THE country enters its seventh week in lockdown, Alexander McQueen enter the sixth week of the #McQueenCreators project. Following the Prime Minster’s announcement to fractionally loosen the lockdown, now allowing us to spend more time outside (at a sensible distance of course), the latest brief as part of the initiative seems increasingly fitting. This week McQueen are asking the creative community to submit photographs that take inspiration from nature.

“I’ve always been inspired by nature – it’s a thread which runs through everything we create at McQueen. The most important thing now is for us to reconnect with nature. These pictures are a reflection of that thought,” explains Creative Director, Sarah Burton
