Ana Pincus & Fiona Arrigo announce summer retreats for women

LED BY a society of teachers and healers, Ana Pincus and Fiona Arrigo reveal a series of programmes over the summer of 2023 at The Center Somerset, designed for women of all ages, even including teens. These activities will be aimed towards restoring respect, empathy and compassion to aid healing and transformation.

Amongst the retreats is a unique Rewire programme that has a strong motivation to support specifically teenage girls as they are taught everyday, practical life skills that aren’t included on a school syllabus. By taking a break away from social media, they are encouraged to think deeply about what they want in life and why, in a calming environment filled with positivity.

Each of the programmes prides itself in its reconnective experiences, straying away from judgment and the fear of opening up to others.

This summer’s variety of pop-up retreats showcases the beginning of a much bigger initiative happening in 2024 as Pincus and Arrigo plan to reveal their dream vision of just how they will offer deep and profound support for women in a community setting.

Spaces are limited as each retreat hosts 8-12 guests. This is in order so that the programmes are able to provide a greater supportive and healing experience with follow-ups and after-care integrations that are also included in every retreat.

The 2023 summer retreat series includes Feminine Revolution, Rewilding, New Codes for Living, and the REWIRE Retreat.
