Carrière Frères brings out new Frangipani summer candle


CAREFULLY handcrafted in Normandy, Carrière Frères’ scented candles are lauded across the globe for their unparalleled olfactory allure. With a history centred around botany, traditional savoir-faire and French sophistication, the iconic brand continues to enrich interiors with its delicate scents.

Now, Carrière Frères has just unveiled a new exciting scent to join the collection. Developed in partnership with the Muséum national d’Histoire Naturelle, the candle is named Frangipani or Plumeria – its scientific name that pays homage to French botanist Charles Plumier.

Originating from Central America, the frangipani is an ornamental tree known for its soft white, yellow and pink flowers. Found in tropical regions around the globe, the flower’s sweetness and depth shine in the new candle.

The tropical fragrance is certain to rejuvenate any environment and is imbued with fresh top notes of bergamot followed by white flowers and a touch of vanilla. Finally, arriving in a 100% compostable pale-yellow coloured glass, the candle is adorned with botanical illustrations from the Muséum’s impressive collection.
