Carrière Frères releases scented candle trio The Museum Collection


IN partnership with The National Museum of Natural History, French botanical brand, Carrière Frères have released their new range of scented candles titled The Museum Collection.

By channelling their fragrance expertise too reconnect with rare and unusual plants, the luxury scent house has included three exotic and history packed aromas which are found from across the globe.

From the Amazonia to North Africa, Asia to the Eastern US, the collection showcases the passion for botanical exploration.

 

Carrière Frères The Museum Collection: Absinthe (RRP £60)

The first of the trio, Absinthe, carries green, earthy tones to capture the stimulant nature of the plant, giving an acute vegetal scent, whilst the second, Acacia, follows a sweeter route with golden floral aspects, alluding to warmer sunny days. The last, Waterlily, presents a fruity, luscious fragrance balanced with the clean notes of the eternal water plant.

Each of the candles are designed brightly with enticing colours and highlighted with golden embossing. The illustrations are taken from botanical plates, dating back to the 19th Century and add an element of nature into your room.

Made with 100% vegetable wax and 50% European organic rapeseed, the candles have a wonderful burning time of 40 to 45 hours.
