AFTER debuting in Hedi Slimane’s retro-infused SS21 men’s collection, The Dancing Kid, the Celine CT-01 and CT-02 trainers swiftly became some of the most sought-after models of 2020. Following on from the duo’s success, the Parisian brand has expanded the range with the new über cool CT-03 model, destined to be the hit trainer of the upcoming season.

First introduced in the brand’s gothic Teen Knight Poem AW21 show back in February, the CT-03 trainer takes inspiration from youth culture in Los Angeles and the aesthetics of basketball trainers from the 1980s and 1990s, which Slimane has translated into a sporty silhouette complete with ultra-desirable details.
For example, the supple Celine-embossed strap over the laces and the two-part mesh-lined tongue, allowing for greater flexibility and utmost comfort.

Other notable design features include the textile-lined upper that offers better breathability and the curved rubber sole – marked with an elegant debossed logo – which has been glued and stitched to the upper for long-lasting and comfortable wear.
Crafted in Italy, the CT-03 trainers come in two head-turning colourways – a black and white style and a dazzling orange iteration – and are available now in-store and online.
