Dior Brings Mauro Colagreco to Saint-Tropez

DIOR has enlisted chef Mauro Colagreco for its Saint-Tropez hospitality offering, bringing the three Michelin-starred Mirazur chef to the house’s seasonal restaurant on the French Riviera.

The menu looks to the Mediterranean, with vegetables, herbs, flowers, and seafood at its centre, with dishes ranging from shellfish tartare with clover-shaped leaves to a chocolate dessert finished with delicate chocolate petals. Best known for Mirazur in Menton, Colagreco has created a menu that showcases the season’s best ingredients while incorporating subtle references to Dior’s house codes, from floral motifs to the cannage pattern on the tableware.

The collaboration is the latest addition to Dior’s expanding hospitality programme, which has seen the house partner with leading chefs across its seasonal destinations and now, to mark the start of summer, one of France’s most celebrated chefs takes over one of Saint-Tropez’s best-known dining spots.
