FAR FROM the brand’s hometown, Dior has opened a very special pop-up store on Dubai’s famous Jumeriah beach. A unique installation constructed of two circular pods crafted from mixing clay, sand and raw fibres together, and with the help of WASP, it was made via 3D printing.
Designed to become innovative spaces, the use of hi-tech mixed with the savoir-faire of the House translates into this architecture as digital tailoring sees the cannage motif etched onto the walls of the boutiques.

Inside the pods, womenswear creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri’s Dior creations are injected with acidic hues while the toile de Jouy pattern takes centre stage in a dreamy showcase offering locals and visitors a chance to get a piece of Paris in the Middle East.
