TO accompany their AW19 mens collection, Dior created a soft and understated grooming routine for their male models. Through creating a natural base with a second-skin like effect, Dior Beauty ensured the clothing was the main focus of the show, while also perfecting their polished and super-chic makeup look.

Creative and image director of Dior Makeup Peter Philips emphasised his desire to create a natural look. Prepping with Dior Homme Dermo System Line, Dior then applied the Invigorating Moisturising Emulsion and Anti-Fatigue Firming Eye Serum to create a smooth and moisturised base. Following with the Dior Face and Body foundation from the Dior Backstage line, Philips states, “The 40 different colours that make up the range adapt to every skin tone while its ultra-fine and light formula creates a perfectly natural impression.”

Dior Forever Undercover Concealer was used for necessary touch ups, and the Dior Backstage Brow Palette and Brow Styler was applied to sculpt the brows. To finish off the look, the Lip Maximiser was used to ensure plump and moisturised lips, along with a coat of clear gel nail polish.
