Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane launches a new White Lotus-themed afternoon tea

TO MARK the highly anticipated return of The White Lotus HBO® Original television series, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is introducing a special afternoon tea inspired by the show’s third season.

Taking to Thailand for its newest instalment, the third season of The White Lotus was filmed at Four Seasons Resort Koh Samui – a tropical paradise set against idyllic seas and crystal-clear skies. Having previously shot the show’s first two seasons at Four Seasons Resort Maui at Wailea and San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel, the connection between the luxury hospitality brand and the Emmy®-winning series is undeniably strong.

Now, to celebrate the arrival of season 3, the talented pastry team at Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane’s Michelin-starred Pavyllon London have crafted a decadent afternoon tea menu inspired by Thailand’s rich culinary traditions.

Designed to immerse guests in the world of The White Lotus, the afternoon tea taps into some of the hit series’ most recognisable tropes. From lotus-inspired tea stands to background music that echoes the show’s soundtrack, the experience will delight even the most dedicated fans.

The menu begins with a selection of savoury delights, such as chicken dumpling with langoustine extraction, ginger, and coriander; a crispy crab and green papaya tartlet with lotus cream and roasted peanuts; a duck spring roll with Thai basil and green chilli; and a curried tiger prawn sando with pickled mango and lime.

Then, for the sweet treats, the menu features a black sesame and hazelnut teacake, a tea-infused croustillant caramel with sweetcorn mousse; honey cheesecake with fresh pomelo salad, a mango, Thai basil, and lime éclair; and a slow-roasted pineapple and pandan brioche cake.
