Glass previews … Laura, a performance by Elina Alminas

Laura is a show about realisation and acceptance, regrets and disappointments, as well as misunderstandings and mistakes that people repeat over and over throughout their lifetime. Set at the scene of a failed wedding party, the performance reaches a sense of loneliness with the bride to – or not to – be.

Of her inspiration for Laura, Alminas says, “I wanted to show what it is like to be a woman and portray the ridiculousness of the every day life so that people can relate to it.”
