Gucci hits the courts with Gucci Tennis capsule

JUST IN time for tennis season, Gucci is introducing the Gucci Tennis capsule. Designed from archival pieces from the 1970s, the Italian House is bringing its allure to the courts with a modern twist on tradition.

Bringing back one of the first trainers created by a high fashion brand, the Tennis 1977 sneaker, a new version is arriving to commemorate the collection in white canvas and leather. On top of this launch, the Gucci ace is making a comeback, whilst caps, wristbands and even a series of racquet bags dominate the accessory side.

Sleek dresses, polos and matching sets for both men and women are at the core of the ready-to-wear offering, with shorts, skirts, tanks and knitwear variations helping you pick your own vibe for your match.

Fronted by athletes Emma Cohen and George Loffhagen, the campaign lensed by Davit Giorgadze shows off the sporting uniform in an elegant light. Gucci. Set. Match.
