FRENCH cosmetics and perfume brand Guerlain has launched a new fragrance, Épices Exquises, which emits an explosion of contrasting spices with every application.
The perfume, created by Thierry Wasser and Delphine Jelk, combines woody and smoky scents leaving a long-lasting impression.
Épices Exquises strikes a contrast between elements of warmth and freshness, featuring ingredients such as sensual black pepper, woody notes of oud, patchouli, and sandalwood, as well as refreshing scents of cardamom, pink pepper, and green angelica.
Guerlain Épices Exquises
“With Épices Exquises I wanted to re-transcribe the surprising scent of the irresistibly spicy cardamom coffee I’m given every time I visit the Middle East,” explains Guerlain perfumer, Thierry Wasser. For Wasser, Épices Exquises is an “intoxicating fragrance” that blends deliciously antagonistic scents.
