Le Meurice Paris Unveils New Art-Inspired Dining Experience: The Stage

DORCHESTER Collection’s Le Meurice, the illustrious Parisian hotel, has announced a new immersive dining experience, The Stage, fusing contemporary art with haute cuisine. Coinciding with Paris Art Week, the installation, curated by Harry Nuriev, is the dinner’s centrepiece and inspires the accompanying gastronomy.

The exquisite ten-course tasting menu is conceived by culinary geniuses Alain Ducasse and Amaury Bouhours. Each course is thoughtfully designed to interact with the artwork, featuring ingredients like truffle and Kaviari caviar, which invite curiosity in every bite. The hotel’s bar, Bar 228, will serve a selection of cocktails uniquely tailored to the occasion.

This distinctive collaboration between pioneers of the art and culinary worlds creates a singular moment for guests to enjoy, and the storied hotel Le Meurice, overlooking the Tuileries Garden and famously adored by the likes of Picasso, Dali and Coco Chanel, is a perfectly complementary environment for this truly special affair.

“Le Meurice has been associated with modern art and design culture for several decades, and we are always striving for innovative ways to create new cultural experiences for our guests. We are incredibly honoured to combine Harry Nuriev’s visionary modern design with Alain Ducasse and Amaury Bouhours carefully curated  and thoughtful dishes: three cultural masters joining together in one unique evening for our guests to savour.”– Pascal Billard, General Manager.
