THE ITALIAN brand Loro Piana has unveiled their latest autumn-winter 2023 Cocooning Collection but this time with an added men’s collection.
The garments merge excellence and innovation as knitted undergarments are transformed into the tailored interpretation of a warm embrace. The collection displays various forms of relaxed silhouettes that hug the wearer in a way that oozes an essence of sophistication.

The materials used are of the highest quality such as the thin yet warm cashmere yarn, Aircash and Cashmere Fleece which is a 100% cashmere knitted fabric constructed in a manner that the texture consistently stands out.
In order to preserve these rare materials, the colour palette displayed unfolds in a natural manner and excludes the use of dye.
The women’s collection comprises various weighted shorts and pullovers with raised stripes, sophisticated waffle stitches, and thin ribs with rounded necks or dropped shoulders.

The colour palette for the women’s garments presents itself in a burgundy-hued stretched-out wool jumpsuit with a Baby Cashmere shrug while the rest of the collection displays an array of creams in silhouettes such as cycling shorts fabricated from cashmere jersey and additional styles in bouclé Fuzzy Silk fibres.
The men’s collection displays comfortable but elegant fits in their sweaters, pullovers and trousers materialised from Aircash or cotton, cashmere and wool blends.

Aircash socks and legwarmers and Cashfur home shoes finalise the range. The Cashfur has a fur-like quality to it and is a tribute to the brand’s refined cashmere which is blended with silk yarn giving the overall fabric a light-weight quality and a cosy cocooning colour.
The label values comfort in everything it creates, a quality exhibited in the latest collection. The combination of luxurious rare materials paired with the brilliant use of colour makes for a collection that oozes refinement and classic elegance.
