MAISON Margiela has launched a new addition to its Replica fragrance collection, the Never-ending Summer.
A scent that’s inspired by long days on the Amalfi Coast, it’s been designed to capture the warmth of an Italian summer, and so, it opens with a fresh spritz accord, alongside bitter orange and pepper. The heart offers notes of cardamom, Earl Grey and muscade, while at the base, there’s vetiver, patchouli and cedarwood that come together to give the fragrance depth.

Created by perfumer Christophe Raynaud, the scent captures the feeling of summer that stays with you after a swim in the sea, channelling a sense of joy that comes with sun and salty air. Raynaud says of the fragrance: “Never-ending Summer is a celebration of the joy and warmth of summer. It embraces the rhythm of dolce vita, those moments filled with positive emotions, warmth and the beauty of nature, creating a sensation of suspended joy that one wishes could be prolonged indefinitely.”
