RAYE Celebrates 60 Years of Montreux Jazz Festival with Audemars Piguet

RAYE opened the 60th edition of the Montreux Jazz Festival last Friday with This Stage May Contain Moments in Time, a one-night-only performance created in collaboration with Audemars Piguet. Held inside the Stravinski Auditorium, the show was a celebration of creativity, collaboration and 60 years of the infamous Swiss festival.

Created through Audemars Piguet’s APxMusic programme, the production featured a rotating octagonal stage, immersive projections, and a set curated by British songstress RAYE, offering songs from her own catalogue along with selected covers. Alicia Keys and Mark Ronson joined her on stage, with her sisters, Amma and Absolutely, also appearing.

The Montreux performance adds another major date to what’s already been a busy and major year for RAYE. After making BRIT Awards history with six wins in one night, the singer-songwriter returned to the stage at this year’s ceremony before completing her 51-date This Tour May Contain New Music arena tour across the UK, Europe and North America.

For those who missed the performance in Montreux, the gig has been released worldwide on the Montreux Jazz Festival’s YouTube channel.
