IN CELEBRATION of the 25th anniversary of Mercedes-Benz’ eSports partner, SK Gaming, London-based designer Saul Nash was invited to create a pair of garments which epitomises the very essence of luxury motoring and performance.
With qualifications gained from both Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art, Nash is one of the capitol’s most promising upcoming designers. Owing to a background in dance, Nash specialises in sport-like garments which celebrate the kinetic body, perfectly fusing activewear with luxury high fashion.
Mercedes-Benz collaborates with Saul Nash & SK Gaming
Indebted to his brand ethos, “to liberate its wearers through movement”, the collaboration with Mercedes Benz and SK Gaming brings two exclusive garments into fruition: a long-sleeved compression shirt and reversible jacket.
Both pieces are made from recycled polyester with the shirt boasting inclusions of lycra to ensure a skint-tight design. Designed in black, the garments mirror the sleek designs of the German motorists, and are accented in blue as a nod to the colour scheme of SK Gaming.
