The Great Scotland Yard Hotel

The sophisticated whiskey bar will introduce its guests to unmatched flavours, with each page of the passport unveiling a new location for one’s palate to explore.

As the experience explores various histories, cultures and mixology mastery, guests will travel to England, America, Canada and Asia through a flavourful expedition finalised by a Japanese dream dram.

Sibin Whiskey Passport

The Shinshu distillery, where the Komagatake malt is made, is the highest in Japan located 800m above sea level. The Mars Komagatake 2021 edition is a bourbon cask matured single malt at its core, accompanied by portions matured in sherry and Port casks.

The palatable flavours are sweet stone fruit, oaken vanilla and honeyed nuts with an elemental rich, oily malt giving it substance.

Kavalan Single Malt Whiskey

The first cocktail is free with each purchase of a Whiskey Passport, and the other nine cocktails are discounted to half-price, with a complimentary dream dram offered at the end of each guest’s experience.

Perfect for the winter months, Síbín’s elegant and cosy bar, accompanied by their sophisticated whiskey, is sure to be the ideal hang-out spot this month.
