HANOI’S Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi is marking the return of its celebrated Rendez-vous dining series at Le Beaulieu, its contemporary French fine dining restaurant, with a four-hands dinner on 27 and 28 March 2026.

Michelin-starred Chef Thibault Sombardier, whose Paris restaurant Anne earned its star under his culinary leadership, will join Le Beaulieu’s Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele for two nights of French dining excellence. Restaurant Anne’s Executive Chef Matthieu Pirola completes the trio.

Together, the three chefs will present an exclusive six-course menu that elevates classical French technique with modern, seasonal ingredients. First launched in 2024, the Rendez-vous series has quickly established itself as one of Hanoi’s premier fine-dining events.

The dinner is priced at VND 4,900,000++ per person, or VND 7,200,000++ with wine pairing. Advance reservations are strongly recommended given limited seating.
