The Neuro Sleep Reset at Lanserhof Sylt Launches Clinically Led Programme

FOR those who struggle with sleep, Lanserhof Sylt has introduced the Neuro Sleep Reset, a clinically led programme that addresses sleep disruption through neurological training, informed by more than 40 years of medical and longevity research.

Offered via a three-day intensive module within a seven-night stay, it’s aimed at those who struggle with falling or staying asleep, experience stress-related exhaustion, or want to improve cognitive recovery and mental clarity.

Treatment focuses on measurable changes in sleep quality, and so, during the programme, guests undergo 12 high-intensity biofeedback sessions designed to train theta brainwaves, which are associated with deep sleep, physical regeneration and neurological recovery.

Brain activity is monitored in real time, allowing stimulation to be adjusted continuously based on individual response, with the aim of supporting more consistent transitions into restorative sleep phases.

The Neuro Sleep Reset is based on the principle of neuroplasticity, treating sleep disturbance as a learned neurological pattern, and looks at retraining the brain to re-establish stable sleep cycles. And, according to Dr Jan Stritzke, Medical Director at Lanserhof Sylt, the programme combines medical diagnostics, evidence-based sleep strategies and targeted brain stimulation in order to address sleep disruption at its neurological source.

Developed in collaboration with neurotechnology specialists, including NYX Technologies, the system integrates diagnosis and treatment within a single device, analysing brainwaves during each session and delivering personalised stimulation accordingly. No two sessions follow the same protocol, as treatment is recalibrated continuously throughout the programme.

Eyal Lewin, CEO at NYX Technologies, says, “We have combined diagnosis and treatment within a single, unique system – an AI-powered device that analyses each individual’s brainwaves in real time and delivers personalised stimulation. Every session is unique. Every decision serves one goal: restorative sleep.”

From a beauty perspective, chronic sleep disruption is linked to inflammation, impaired skin barrier function, hormonal imbalance and accelerated skin ageing, making sleep quality a foundational factor in long-term skin health rather than a peripheral concern.
