The Scotch Malt Whiskey Society partners with Scotland’s first fragrance house this Christmas

THIS CHRISTMAS season has just become a lot more exciting as The Scotch Malt Whiskey Society (SMWS) partners with Kingdom Scotland, Scotland’s first fragrance house, to release single cask whiskies paired with two perfumes.

Delving into two different worlds, this collaboration unveils the beautiful, yet unknown relationship between whisky and perfume.

The scents, Metamorphic and Portal have gone under the expert eye of SMWS to match each with a flavoured accompaniment.

Lightly Peated and Juicy Oak and Vanilla will be discovered by guests across London, Edinburgh and Glasgow as their olfactory senses will go on an exploration from nose to mouth.

SMWS x KINGDOM SCOTLANDMetamorphic and Lightly Peated

The first of the two, Metamorphic, is inspired by its namesake rock, fusing black pepper, incense, minerals and rose absolute. Once on the skin, hues of amber resin and leather uncover as the base, becoming the perfect match for the flavour profile of Lightly Peated.

The second scent, Portal, mimics a forest floor covered in pines as the fresh botanicals and bergamot arise once sprayed making it the ideal partner for Juicy Oak & Vanilla.

Capturing the heart of Scotland, founder of Kingdom Scotland, Imogen Russon-Taylor has launched a fragrance house with a twist. Encapsulating both the heritage of the land and the importance of taking a contemporary stand-point, the unisex smells should be evocative and mysterious, intriguing all those that are near.

Created to inspire new conversations, give the most unique gift this Christmas with this bundle.
