UGG announces a new collaboration with The Elder Statesman

HAVING previously collaborated with Telfar, Feng Chen Wang and Chopova Lowena, UGG is no stranger to working alongside some of the most renowned names within the industry.

Expanding its already impressive plethora of partnerships, the iconic footwear brand has just announced a new capsule with The Elder Statesman.

Founded by Greg Chait in 2007, The Elder Statesman is a quiet luxury fashion brand centred around knitwear and craftsmanship. Expert knitters, weavers and dyers utilise hand-spun yarns to make irresistibly soft garments and homeware pieces.

The LA-based brand initially started out by selling a series of cashmere blankets – still available on the website to this day. Maintaining a focus on leading a comfortable and relaxed lifestyle, The Elder Statesman’s collaboration with UGG will epitomise lush contentment.

Unveiling a six-piece collection, the capsule will call upon specific dress codes from the West Coast. The collaboration marries the eclectic, colourful style of The Elder Statesman with UGG’s notorious footwear silhouettes thanks to the addition of colour-blocking and embroidered, textured details.

Building further anticipation for the UGG x The Elder Statesman capsule, the two have managed to tap Seth Rogen as the face of the new campaign. The renowned Canadian actor and producer is seen sporting some of the eclectic attire in a series of images made to demonstrate the versatility of the collection.
